Five minutes, once per settlement cycle. This is how sellers catch referral fees charged at the wrong rate.

In Seller Center, go to Finance → Settlements (wording varies slightly by market), open the settlement period you want to audit, and use Export / Download to get the CSV or Excel file. If it downloads as Excel, save it as CSV before the next step.
Open the FeeFact Settlement Checker, set your category's expected referral rate (US standard is 6% — see the 6% vs 8% explainer), and drop the file in. The checker computes the actual rate charged on every line: fee ÷ fee base.
Lines more than 0.3 points away from the expected rate are flagged, with the estimated overcharge per line and in total. A few flagged lines can be category mix-ups in your own catalog; a whole file flagged at exactly 2 points higher usually means your account is being charged the higher reported rate.
Open a Seller Center ticket, attach the flagged summary (order IDs, fee base, fee charged, actual vs expected rate). Sellers report the best results when the math is attached line by line rather than as a general complaint.
Rates change and mistakes recur. Checking each settlement takes minutes and is the only way to know what you actually paid — the fee table alone won't tell you.
